Photos: Anya and Nio Babao’s Birthday

Antonia “Anya” and Antonio “Nio Babao”, kids of celebrity newscaster / hosts Tintin and Julius Babao celebrated their 7th and 2nd birthday last March 9, 2012 at the Loyola Grand Villas in Katipunan.

The chosen event theme was “Phantom of the Opera”, which Anya surprisingly started to like as her mommy Tintin explained.  They also showed a video of Anya singing one of the movie’s theme song.

There were games and fun booths for kids and guests.  My personal favorite for the booths were the make-over parlor for kids.  Josiah’s catering served sumptious food, by the way.  We also enjoyed the world class performance of ventriloquist “Wanlu”http://wanlu.net/.  Anya happened to volunteer myself and two more colleagues in one of his acts, too bad we weren’t able to capture photos of this.

I lost my pics  for some reason, that’s why I posted these late.  But special thanks to my friend Anthony Valenzuela for sharing some shots from his camera.  The Babao family who are proud advocates of the foundation where I work invited our team and we were grateful to be part of this celebration.  At their young age, Anya and Nio Babao are also connected to World Vision kids whom their parents are sponsoring under their name so they can be brought up with a lifestyle of sharing starting at a young age.
