Fish Fillet in Mango Sauce @ Sentosa

I love mangoes, and I equally love fish fillet – so it’s sure to be on my order list when I saw this on the menu for my lunch date with Aunt Merle at Sentosa Singaporean Restaurant – Edsa Shangrila.

The sauce has the right sweetness and sourness to it.  The small slices of mangoes matched with the juicy-crispy texture of the fish.  Order some mixed vegies as side dish and you’re complete with a light yet filling meal.

To Pinoy bloggers out there, haven’t seen much reviews yet about Sentosa Restaurant.  This is a great place to discover.

    • Hi Zahar! Yes, it’s from a Singaporean resto. If you can cook I bet you can prepare this dish at home 😉 It’s not an authentic Singaporean cuisine – it just happened to be my choice from the menu.
